Part 3 – The Four Common Payment Options

During this final segment of the training, we will explain the Four Common Payment Options that our Unbundled Attorneys offer their clients, and what they typically charge.

Here are the Four Payment Options we will cover:

• Unbundled Legal Services
• Layaway
• Full Representation on a Payment Plan
• Full Representation Up Front

Our highest converting attorneys “Lead with Unbundled Services”. This means they will initially  limit the scope of their involvement in the case to whatever the next step the client is needing help with.

Once that initial unbundled service has been delivered, typically at least 50% of the clients will hire you for either another unbundled service, or enroll for full representation.
